Our regular business hours are 12 noon - 8:00 pm Hong Kong Time, Monday to Friday — and sometimes unofficially on the weekends.  We keep our web site open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

HOW TO ORDER
If you are in Hong Kong, come by and visit us. We can take your feet measurement and your order on the spot. Call+852 8209-0516to make an appointment.

If you are overseas, you may place an order by fax or by e-mail. We're easy.

• Fill in our order form and fax or email back to us.

What happens next?

• Once we receive your order, we will calculate the final shoe cost (if different material desired) and shipment charges and send you a quote.
• If you are happy with our quote, we will send you a demand note to settle the payment via PayPal.com.
• Your order will be processed 2-3 days after receipt of payment.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT
It will take our shoe makers 4 weeks to make a pair of shoes. Shipping time varies from country to country and on the shipping method you have chosen. In general, it will take about 14 days for ship to major countries. You can therefore expect your shoes to arrive 6 weeks after your order is processed.

PAYING FOR IT
We accept cash (USD, GBP, EUR or HKD) or cheques drawn in Hong Kong dollars on a Hong Kong bank.

For overseas orders, the best and quickest way is to settle via PayPal, a secure payment service offered by eBay.

Shipping

SHIPPING
We ship promptly, generally within 4 weeks of receipt of payment. Shipping charges are calculated per order and not per shipment, which is extra incentive for us to have everything ready in one go and a good deal for you! Essential packages include standard shipping, with any additional items ordered shipped for free.

Hong Kong
Standard shipping charges are HK$80.00 for the first pair, and HK$20.00 for each additional pair. Shoes ordered in Hong Kong will be delivered by hand.

International (outside of Hong Kong)
We generally ship international orders via airmail, which is reasonably secure and speedy -- and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Shipping time varies but 14 days is a good yardstick. Shipping charges are at cost and varies from country to country. Ask us for a quote.

FAST SHIPPING
Fast shipping options are also available but can be expensive. For example, the cost to send a pair of shoes to the continental U.S. by UPS is a hefty US$70! The benefit is a 48-hour lead time versus 10 days for regular airmail. We can quote shipping for any destination based on actual cost.

If your shoes do not fit for any reason, return them to us within 30 days of purchase and we will make the adjustment for free.
